I am the Vulture

I am the vulture

Lurking in the shadows

Watching the world in quiet wisdom

My dragon claws

My mysterious eyes

My sweeping evanescence

Scaring the world

But I am of gentle nature

Taking no more than I need

I speak when spoken to

Seeking refuge in ruins

I am humble and modest

My cries are silent

I spend my life cleaning

The horrors and ugliness of the world

I am not of evil

But a creature of peace
